Wellness with Yoga – class begins Sun Nov 3
Canoe Club Sunday's 5pm-6:15pm. Drop-in $10
This class offers yoga for wellness. Yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation for clearing stuck energy, enhanced physical wellness and mental alertness. Poses are selected to relieve the effects on the back, legs and torso from sitting or standing for long periods of time, enhance core strength and improve posture. This is a great opportunity to create a fun, holiday event for our Klahanie Community - and to give to those in need - as we'll be collecting food, toys and money to donate to the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau! I look forward to hearing from you!
